What if they made a war movie, but no Germans showed up?

That's what I was thinking about this movie after I watched it.

Actually yes I was also displeased at the depiction of no mans land. It should of been tall grassy wheat fields instead of short cropped grass.

No, there were green fields and hills there, just like in the film.

Welcome to Trench Warfare 101. An enemy seldom seen but heard from via rifle fire, artillery, mortars, etc. constantly.

As for the green pastures... you're absolutely right about that one.
