Just look at the cutscenes, they got way more interesting cinematography than the prequels, and the direction is simply more captivating. Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight has the Star Wars magic, the prequels don't. I'm especially referring to the long cutscene between levels 2 and 3.. it's like straight out of The Empire Strikes Back!
shareYeah, I agree. The other star wars games; like Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy, didn't have cutscenes and a interesting story which made Dark Forces 2 so good.

shareJedi Knight story and acting is superior over the crappy prequels. Lucas had all money and time he would ever need to create prequels, but he managed to fail in that task. Somehow I expected more.
