For all of us who have played the game to the end as the evil Katarn, I have these questions (even though they may be impossible to answer).
1. How tall is his palace?
2. How big is the shuttle hanger?
3. How big is his throneroom (judging by the size of the wall and monuments, I would have to say At least 1000 feet wide and 1000 feet high)
All I do know is, "They are big!"
Since that ending isn't canon, I don't know if the size of the building or the rooms in it were ever determined.

I think they're indeterminate. That is no one ever figured the actual size. I think Kyle's palace is built over the valley, so you might be able to guess how big it is. Then again it's been ten years since I've played as Dark Kyle, so maybe I'm not remembering right.
The same goes for your other two questions.
Actually, I believe his dark palace is on Coruscant, there is no way that a city like that in the cutscene would be erected in a short period of time.
shareI think if you look at the cutscene video of the "dark side" ending, there's some strong similarities between the palace and the valley. That, and I believe Jerek had to sit in the Valley's central nexus in order to get that extra power.
