Everybody were dancing like they're all professional dancers and Usher as a crappy DJ saying: Yeah yeah let's dance yeah move it baby yeah yeah that's right yeah let's go yeah

Usher said "dance club do your thing". The non-club people were just standing, because they didn't know the steps.

I've seen modern high schools imitate this dance at their own proms (see youtube).

Terrible. I really hate dance routines in movies. Like the Thriller one in 13 going on 30.
