Why Were No Marines Called To Testify?


The prosecution's whole argument is that it was just a peaceful protest. Why did they not call any of the 20 or so Marines to testify that they were under constant fire, the building was being torched, etc?

There were multiple witnesses to Ben Kingsley freaking out in the chopper, hiding under the desk, not getting the flag, etc. as well that could have directly refuted his testimony.

I guess you missed the part where one of the marines was called. It was established that Childers was the only one alive who was there that could see the crowd
