You can still get Husker Du shirts. I haven't seen the exact same color he wore in the movie, but if you do a search for "Husker Du T-shirt" I'm sure you'll find one eventually. And, yes, it's the band t-shirt he's wearing. I believe "Husker Du" is "Do you remember?" In Norwegian, and the band got their name from the board game.
