another great anime classic - a must have for otakus

Great stuff. I'm so glad ADV finally released a new English version of Megazone 23 Part III in DVD format. The now familiar theme of rebellious youth against the system is given a fresh new face in this final Megazone chapter. The English voice dubbing for the English language track was pretty good. The character designs, futuristic landscapes, and mecha designs were absolutely stunning in their sleekness, elegance, and cool sophistication. The J-Pop songs are surprisingly hum-able. I have waited so long for this to be released in English in North America, and it was well worth the wait. To think that I ALMOST wasted $80 trying to bid on the Manga Video English dubbed version years ago on eBay. In retrospect, it was probably a bootleg since it was in NTSC VHS format even though the Manga Video version was never officially released in North America. I'm glad I lost the bid.

Anyway, get this ADV DVD for your collection.
