Quintessentially IRISH

EVERYTHING from the idioms to local customs. I am an Irish American, living in the US, most of my life but born in Bray, and this movie captures so many nuances of basic Irish culture.

Except that anymore than in the states, idioms and local customs vary across Ireland. It's obviously not as geographically expansive and so varies less but still i've no doubt that there are plenty of Irish that can't relate at all.

Very likely. And even though I was born in Bray, lived in Dublin, for a few years, I am much more American in practise.
