Why does that mean that he was born out of incest?

The way I understood it, she was just iterating facts: Conceived via incest, and babtized by a man who only did one babtism in 7 years etc.

I took it that the priest was his father and uncle - being he was the brother of his mother.
And said priest did the actual baptism as well - and never did any baptisms but for the chosen anti-christ.
