Poor casting

Casting director was out of his/her mind. The mature men do not look like they're the same age, although the teenagers do look appropriate.

Frank (Tony Goldwyn) is the youngest in real life and even looks younger than his chronological age. Why did they cast these older men to be his contemporaries as the older guys? Especially the actors that play George and Ivan.
