Love story killed the movie

this movie was great except for the fact that the scenes with nia long dragged out and made the actually lose interest. not to say nia long is at fault, i love her. the writers of the movie definitely could've cut some of the boring scenes out however.

I completely agree. Those love scenes, and epps hiding out in the country period, just caused the whole movie to come to a stop.

Since this was a true story, some facets of the actual story WERE left out. Like him having 2 kids and a girlfriend who lived in the city, not the country. The love story was fabricated a bit, excluding my brother and sister (his kids)which wasnt cool, but it was true. He came to our house for that brief moment.
