R-rated episodes?

The episodes of First Wave I have are all PG-13. I downloaded some uncut episodes but those were in poor quality (s01e01 even had dutch subtitles). Does anyone know where I can find R-rated episodes with good quality (and no subtitles)?

Is there a channel in the US or UK that has broadcasted R-rated episodes??

Why isn't there a DVD-release?? Aaargh!!

What exactly is cut out in the PG-13 episodes? The nudity in the first few episodes?
