Was anyone else reminded of "The Shining?" I kept waiting for Nicholson to show up.

Yeah i did, with the black guy trying to get up there in the snow, really minded me of The Shining.

I was definitely thinking about The Thing. Cliffhanger and First Blood for obvious reasons and Die Hard 2 as well.
