In real life, Drew and Cameron would get the snot beaten out of them ...
... in a fight. Lucy Liu might hold her own, though.

My point is that they act like they're tough, but they are really softer than sour cream.

they act like they're tough, but they are really softer than sour cream.Exactly. They're actors. That's what they're supposed to do.
I think the point is it's totally unrealistic to think anything they did is anywhere possible for these gals, no matter how in shape they were. The girls are tiny.
A lot of male action stars aren't Supermen, either, but I'd say most have a realistic shot to handle themselves if need be against another human.
I enjoyed the film, but had to suspend disbelief big time when they were doing the stunts.

Almost any movie where the hero's main form of fighting is martial arts wouldn't work in real life; unless it's a movie about a martial arts tournament. Truth is martial arts can be cool and useful but if the other guy has a gun and is a ruthless killer he can shoot you from 12+ feet away and unless you are Neo from The Matrix you can't dodge that.

I think all 3 wouldnt stand a chance.
Why in the world would u assume Lucy will hold her own just because she is chinese i bet!
That is the part that made your post suck.

i think they would all do a good job.
but i get the feeling Drew would be able to take and give more. im not sure why though.

Lucy Liu trains in Kali-Eskrima-Silat.

No, it's probably because she trains in viscious martial arts like Silat.
At least, that would give me a reason to assume Lucy Liu is probably quite formidable in real life.
Am I the only one who agrees that Lucy Liu is the toughest of all three? And no, not because she is asian. Look at the roles she plays: most of them are very fysical, very brutal females. You can't keep up with these acting parts if you don't have a very good physique and at least some basic knowledge of martial art techniques.
But of course, the other 2 girls have had martial training for this movie (and maybe other movies) as well, so to be honest: I don't want to be in a fight with either of them.

see this and you might changer your mind.
Fake.
shareYou do realize to do those roles they trained with some of the best fighters in the world? I think they could hold themselves. They would of learnt something about hand to hand combat.
shareThat's the most stupid thing I've heard all day. If they got training from some of the best fighters in the world for this it was a waste of money since everything they did in the movie would have been useless in a fight.

That's why it's called acting.
Although they did train in some sort of martial arts for 8 hours a day over a 3 month period so you never know they may have a few tricks up their sleeves.
But again though it is called acting.
