Snipes keeps peering into a camera or telescope or vid cam...anyone know what it is?

do some research before you make a post next time. bluetooth was invented in 1994. it just wasn't in commercial or wide consumer use until early to mid 2000's because as with all new technology it was very expensive. just like Blu ray or dvd's. now their all relatively affordable.
