WHO is the female killer at the hospital? ... Lucy Liu?

At the hospital a female killer attacks Marie's friend - she is killed by Wesley Snipes. Anyone knows her? She is nowhere credited - but really looks like LUCY LIU?

Every time an unknown Asian woman appears in a film, people always ask, "Was that Lucy Liu?" There are more Asian actresses than Lucy Liu. And they don't all look the same.
