Just a late thought (Spoilers)

On first viewing we think Tony is a failure as a hitman but on reflection that isn't absolutely true. Tony's assignment was to kill Angel. The Angel he was told to kill was the meek one who shuffled around, avoiding any eye contact, hesitant of speech, and afraid of the world.

He actually succeeded. By Tony's actions she is obliterated. At the end of the movie there isn't a trace of that Angel left to be found. There's a lot of souls in that one.

Love this movie. Looking at a list of 1999 film releases, it's amazing some of the crap that the studios supported while this gem was left abandoned.
