Ralph really gay?

It says in Ralph's bio that he's married to Sammy Simon. I'm not sure who that is, but it is definitely a dude and I seem to remember Ralph spending a lot of time with him this summer. So the question is: Is Ralph really gay and did they really get married or have one of those committment ceremonies or whatever? It's been a running joke for years that Ralph is a fag for what his role is on the show, but then they'll elude to Ralph hooking up with chicks and stuff. Anybody know?
