Hardee T. Lineham in commercial?

There's a commercial playing recently in which a man on the phone is being talked through performing an operation on himself.

At one point the man asks the doctor at the other end of the call "Shouldn't you be doing this?".

From the man's appearance and the sound of his voice I think he might be Hardee T. Lineham but does anyone know for certain?
