In response to G.WELLS at hotmail.com

In response to Mr. G.Wells who so cruelly lambasted the far-right religious messages from Mr. Sun, all I can say what a "narrow-minded, anti-American, close-minded, sick individual" this person really is. Running down our institutions without any regard for any hurt he may have caused. How dare does this individual get "free space" to expose his "warped mind" on all the good traditions of God and country. Being in a free country its sad that many of its good citizens have to hear "this guy mouth off" about what is wrong with this country and with some of our classic movies that mention GOD, COUNTRY, and MORALITY like Mr. Sun. Most if not all of our honest citizens don't openly criticize our institutions...but there are always a few that give AMERICA a bad name...maybe this person should be "shipped out" to a communist country where he could practice his "venom" elsewhere.

...and are very happy here.

G. Wells has a perfect right to his opinion and to express it without being deported to a Communist country. And I have a perfected right to describe his opinion as an absurd over-reaction that is not to his credit at all.

I'm a slighlty left of center Democrat and an agnostic and watching Kapra's series with Dr. Baxter as a yotuh didn't hamr me at all. Watching them again as a middle aged adult is a lot of fun.

I agree with you. The O.P. is entitled to express his disdain for the opinions expressed by the individuaal inquestion.

I love this whole series, and, altjough not a religious man, find the references to the Divine Plan quite charming and very suitable for this typre of movie making (they were produced by Frank Capra, after all).

"What do you want me to do, draw a picture? Spell it out!"
