Story tie-ins?
Does the other 0083 series (Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Last Blitz of Zeon) tie-in or overlap at all? I've seen Stardust Memory.

of course it does its another story in the series of MSG, kind of like gundam 0080

The "Last Blitz of Zeon" was a compilation movie.
Technically it's not a tie in, but more of a re-telling.
This movie has been panned by many Gundam fans.
this is supposed to happen between Mobile Suit Gundam (1979) and Mobile Suit Z Gundam (1985). Many people don't like this fact.
