No dvd 's release scheduled?

How come this film is a "so hard to find movie"! No vhs or dvd release scheduled? What a waste because I guess it must be as good as an other Diego Luna's film I really appreciated "El Cometa" out the same year in 1999 which has got a dvd release. Diego Luna's fans (and particulary those which aren't able to speak in Spanich) have to work really hard to get some of his earlier work!!!And even his latest work!!!
What a pity because this actor is really gifted!

Ive seen this out on DVD but on Region 1 sadly. I would need it to be on Region 2 with subtitles to see it.

It's a pretty cheesy movie. Plot wasn't bad but it was hard to watch. Unprofessional.
