Cannot reccomend this in good conscience

I do believe this is a powerful and effective film. It keeps popping into my head even though it's been over a week since I first saw it, which is a lot more than I can say for most movies. I believe the makers of this film did accomplish something, the actors involved were very good and that the film provides powerful images regarding an extremely bizzare scenario.

That said, I cannot reccomend this film in good conscience to anybody. Not because it is not any good or powerful viewing experience. Watching this short brings on a feeling of unease that is difficult to shake. I would compare it to watching a train wreck/car accident; you feel bad about what you're looking at and you feel bad about yourself because you're looking at it, but you can't stop. Not just because of the violence, but because of the actors and the sense of dread and morbidity that is prevalent throughout the film.

I'm sure more people will watch, and that is fine. It is, like I said before, a powerful film. But, again, if you're not looking for a movie with unpleasant images that will stay with you after the it's over, do not see this one.

Honestly, it didn't affect me that much simply because it's a piece of fiction. It's not real. I refuse to watch shock videos on the net but Cutting Moments is entirely fine with me. It just depends on the viewer I guess. I would recommend it to certain people but not to others.
