The first time i tried to watch this i had to put it off because i felt sick when she was rubbing her lips off, but i tried it again at a later date and managed to get through it. It left me feeling a bit seedy - like i had watched something that i shouldn't have.
But ages later, i was telling a friend of mine about the film and it sounded completely ridiculous. We both pissed ourselves laughing - particularly when i re-enacted the bit where he cuts off her boobs and then his own knob with the garden shears while crying his creepy head off. Now i am afraid i just find it funny. The rest of the short films are crap. They are so cheep and gruby, they make me feel like having a bath.

"We're going to Bonnie Doon! We're going to Bonnie Doon!"

This film is s pretty much a ten out of ten on the freakout meter. Just press pause during the garden shears moment and feel your stomach turn.

wtf? there was nothing disturbing about this movie..
do you people have some special version that actually shows the penis and breasts being cut off? all i could see was the camera focused on his moving arms while he cried like a freakin pansy.. what a waste of money.. i should just use this piece of crap for a frisbee or a coaster now..

reply

its up there but theres worse ....
theres a movie directed by a guy named joe christ, its called "bllod sex and mutilation-or somethin like that" and it shows real people cutting themselves and just being masochistic on every level. The Grand finale is when some guy cut his dick off for the movie-he really does-.
Sounds like *beep* but this movie does exist, and the guy reallly did cut his wang off.

Watch the last scene in slow motion... Maybe that's the diff...

There IS a version with 'the breasts being cut off': http://movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=703039

If I have to tell you again, we're gonna take it outside and I'm gonna show you what it's like!

Ohhh yeah rock on dude, I agree, REAL MEN mutilate their wives before turning the shears on their own genitals with expressions of stone-cold stoicism or even orgasmic glee. Crying even in situations of emotional distress or trauma to the crotch from a sharp object or projectile of any kind makes you nothing but a PUSSY and a *beep* RAWRGH RAWRGH RAWRGH! *chomps down on raw steak and punches wife in the face*

I disagree. Crack Dog is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. It was the perfect way to spend five and a half minutes.
I was a bit put off by Bowl of Oatmeal, but what lonely person doesn't sleep with a meat-person? I know I used to!

And that master was CRACK!!

reply

Dont agree. Its strong indeed, but "Salo" is by far the most shocking movie ever. (followed by Requiem for a Dream Probably).

reply

what i find even more disturbing is how i felt that the actress to portray an image of vulnerable beauty when standing in front of her husband minus her lips

(maybe i am as screwed up in the head as people tell me lol)

reply

The emotional trauma shown by the characters is even harder to sit through than the scene where the wife cuts her lips off. It was unsettling when she comes out of the bathroom and he just....stares at her in shock. Just imagining how she's going to go through life looking like a walking corpse because of a desperate and unhealthy cry for attention...

reply

I wouldn't say it's *the* most disturbing film I've seen but it's up there.

The thing is that people mention the scene with her lips and the infamous bedroom scene with the shears.

What I truly found disturbing about this movie is the fact the guy molests his own son. Not many people mention that.

reply

Nope, rather boring actually, sorry
