a slaughterhouse movie...

I really despise this movie. Because of the bad "acting way" of Nicole Kidman, it's obvious. But, far from that, for all these killings of animals for pleasure... Besides, I wonder if some of them weren't real, of that I wouldn't be astonished. Two roosters, a goat, an ox or a cow, a dog, a frozen deer, so many horses, a rabbit in the beginning (escaping?) and maybe more that I don't remember. I just ask: "What's the point?" Please, don't serve me the old song : This is a war, many people got badly hurt or killed; because an animal doesn't want any war, it just have to put up with it. So far, it can't talk to human beings with a flag of truce before itself. It cannot ask for non-involvement.May be I'm a faint-hearted but this film makes me sick. Sorry.

Yes. You are faint hearted. The rabbit ran around. The cow and sheep and deer all just died naturally. They showed a chicken and a goat killed. The pig also was OK. I never understood how a couple chickens or dead goat makes someone upset but seeing 1000 good men slaughtered in war ellictes no response from you?
