On the tumblr confessions blog there is a tab called "Message". Once you click on that you can write your confession and send it. :)
If you don't have a tumblr account (it's free and easy to make), you can send it through my email (below). I will be posting the confessions on the blog and usually within a day or so. Please!!! If you send me a confession through email, write on subject that it's a confession or I'll think that it's junk mail. I hope this post clears up a few questions! =^.^=
