I would like to see the boney series released on dvd too.

Good news! The original Boney is about to be released on DVD in Australia fully remastered!

May 2012 according to arthurupfield.com. Squee!

The people who own the TV show say that they'll be making the episodes of series 1 and 2 available as internet downloads during the first half of 2014. Not as good as a nice DVD set to put on your shelf perhaps, but possibly a more cost-effective way to see them! No news on pricing yet, but they're offering special offers to people who leave their details on their website at http://arthurupfield.com
