It's that man again!!
They became out of fashion during the 80s. They had a comeback in the 90s, but only with animated movies. The live action comeback came in the early 2000s. Anyway, this movie combines live-action with puppetry (a type of animation). I think it could've still grossed enough money as a musical. The other MUPPETS movies from the 90s did.
