I need a title too!

There was a movie that they showed a while back that im trying to find. I don't really remember a whole lot cuz it was about 10 years ago or so. A guy that works in the film industry goes out to scout a location for a movie. He comes across this nice place. He might have spent the night. but it turns out that the people there are monsters of some sort. i think i remember a graveyard scene. Anyone have any ideas?
