How to watch this show?

I have been dying to watch this show, but I can't find any streaming of the episodes online (only one episode and it's not even the first one) or a DVD of it either. Someone please help me! I ama huge Malcoholic and I try to see as much as I can with him (getting close to 30 films and I have seen him as guast on a few shows on TV, as well as Franklin & Bash). If you know anything, please tell me as soon as possible.

Years ago this Fantasy Island reboot used to air on SyFy before the
channel reinvented itself and it aired on weekends during the
daytime. I loved this reimagining of the old show and it's not
currently airing on any cable or satellite channel. Nor has the
dvd of the one season been released. And I don't believe that
FI is airing on hulu at all. Wish I had more information to share.

It wouldn't matter to me really, because I don't live in the US or UK. I have only seen someone have uploaded an episode, bit it is not the first one (it's the 6th episode I think). It would just be great to at least see the first episode. Thanks anyway.

If anyone else have some information or have any episode on hand, please share!

I'd also like to know how to watch this. I was a big fan of the original Fantasy Island when I was a kid :)

Sidenote: Since you are a 'Malcoholic', I take it you have seen Star Trek Generations? You probably have, but just thought I'd mention it in case you hadn't... :)

reply

I know almost every single film he has made, but I still haven't seen Star Trek yet. But I will very soon. I was thinking about getting it first.

Ah then you should. It's a pretty good movie, even if you're not into science fiction.

It is the last movie where the original cast of Star Trek appear, and the first one with the 'Next Generation' crew. There are some memorable/historical scenes where Patrick Stewart, William Shatner and Malcolm McDowell appear in the same scenes.

I've also read that Malcolm McDowell enjoyed doing this movie very much, and practiced some of his lines religiously before shooting, especially the rather famous line "Time is the fire in which we burn... [sic]", which is actually a line from another famous play, but who's keeping track (oh, I guess I am).

Anyway, it's a good and exciting movie for both 'trekkies' and 'normal people'... Very good acting in it!

But I'm sorry, I've seem to have drifted slightly off-topic from Fantasy Island now.

It saddens me that Sony has an on-demand DVD service offering their obscure TV shows and movies to consumer and they won't even consider this show. Tragic.

If you are still looking to watch this it plays on UHD channel now.

reply

I believe what is on UHD is the original series. However, if you know what bittorrent is, I say you should try sailing the pirate seas, matey.
