Still no DVD release with English subs?

I think there's only A Norwegian VHS release, which obviously has no options for subs, so that's no good to any of us non-Norwegians.

I don't understand why such a film fails to materilise on DVD internationally when utter dreck appears daily that is one millionith as important, interesting or even worthy of shelf space when a film like this languishes in eternal obscurity.
