1) Rosario, definitely. Marilyn Truman is a close second.
2) I know this is a tired opinion but I never liked Leo. In Karen's words, he's boring, he's ugly, and he don't make me laugh. (No offense to Harry Connick Jr, he's a very handsome man but Leo just doesn't do it for me.)
3) I've literally forgotten all the Christmas episodes. The one with Will's nephew Jordy is the only one I remember. He was pretty adorable so I guess I'll go with that one. Although I could have done without the Grace/Sam nonsense.
4) The Thanksgiving episode in Season 4 where they all try to spend exactly one hour with each family, that one was comic gold. Plus it had my favorite moms, Marilyn and Bobbi. Loved them both; wish they could've had a scene together.
5) Nathan was my favorite love interest for Grace. And for Will's love interests, I would've liked to see more of Patrick Dempsey as Matt? I was disappointed that only lasted three episodes. Though ultimately I also like the guy he ended up with (Vince).
6) There's no way I could pick out an all-time favorite quote. I'm blanking. But I do love the recurring-gag quotes, like "Just Jack!" I silently cheer every time they break it out. I also love Will's straight-man quips, like "Did you take a bong hit before breakfast?" or "Have you been swinging from power lines?"
7) Debra/Grace is gorgeous either way. But I personally loved when she had her hair curly, in like an updo? It was very 90s, but very chic.
8) I think I preferred Karen's hair down, but once again, gorgeous either way.
9) I don't know about this one, there were so many guest stars I'm struggling to think of a celebrity that didn't have a stint on Will & Grace lol. I hear they tried to get Barbra Streisand once, I would've loved to see her on the show.
10) I am 100% pro-revival. Ignore the naysayers. We are living in the golden age of TV, every show deserves to be revived for a hot second even if it's just chugging along on a fuel of pure nostalgia.
