Swastikas on Luftwaffe planes

I realize a number of the flying sequences are lifted from "Battle of Britain" but was perplexed at the lack of a swastika on the rudder of the Me-109 that buzzes the field dropping a chamber pot. I realize there was one on the first bomber they shoot down, that ends up hanging in the mess.

The lack of swastikas on the ME 109s probably has to do with the current German law preventing public display of the Nazi symbol.
The planes were originally manufactured in Spain under contract from the Reich under the Franco government. They probably show up at air shows in Germany and the Nazi symbol would be a problem.

The Heinkle wreckage and later the RAF officer club scene has a big swastika shown on screen so I'm not sure how that is reconciled with the aforementioned German law.

There is a recent war picture where the German Wehrmacht characters in the movie have the German eagle on their chest, clutching what, at first, looks like the swastika, but is, fact, a jumbled cross, probably to appease the sensors in Germany.

It's a Hispano Aviación HA-1112 called as "Buchón".
