Bruce Payne As Warlock

I am watching the movie now ondemand and, although the movie is really not very good, Payne puts on a hell of a performance. I suppose he is such a good actor that he can be put in rubbish and still make it look good. Look at his filmography, totally hit or miss but he always seems to put his all into a character.

I'm just a guy that likes horror flicks.

It would've been better if Julian Sands played The Warlock. I know Warlock (1988) and Warlock: The Armeggedon aren't canon with each other, but still....

But, as I said once before, Bruce Payne is a great character actor. I loved him in Passenger 57 playing the villain, of coarse. But he is definatly no Julian Sands.

honestly Bruce Payne pulls off the transition from Julian Sands as flawlessly as Malkovich picks up after Matt Damon for the character of Tom Ripley IMO. The addition of the actress from Hellraiser makes this Warlock movie pretty good despite no Julian Sands

There are different warlocks, so it didn't need to be Sands again, and I thought Payne was great. It's not like a different actor playing Pinhead or Freddy.

Payne made the movie for me. Ashley Laurence was great too.
