even though this movie rates pretty low on the 'jennifer love hewitt boner-meter'......it redeams it self with a sprightly delicious scene where the j.love character hikes up her tight dress to show another female character her tattoo and reveals to an unprepared male character just coming into the room her tight sheer purpleish red panties,encasing a delicious j.love ass and 'mound'......also she reveals her sexy smooth legs and thighs,proving that miss love is a true sex goddess.
oh and by the way,the flick is'nt all that bad,it means really well,but falls short of its 'that thing you do!/this is spinal tap/the commitments' exspectations......maybe it would have worked better if 'the suburbans' band in question's song was more memorable.

I happened to come in on this movie part-way through, on the Starz channel -- but I did get to see Ms. JLH yank up her dress. She was then, and still is, a very beautiful woman.

BTW, I think this is the least amount of commentary I've ever seen on IMDB about a film which featured anyone recognizable.

That scene should've improved the profile of what is actually a pretty good little film. It's certainly better than the current 4.3 rating it has here on IMDb. At any rate, JLH is at a particularly yummy peak here, physically, and the all too brief scene is proof of that. She must have turned down scads of money over the years, offered to her to do nudity in films or appear in Playboy. I guess she has really strong feelings about it. We'll just have to take what little we get to see in "The Suburbans" and like it. And I do...like it. I like it a lot.

It was about the only thing remotely entertaining in this turd. I'd never heard of this movie before, but it came up as available on Starz and I gave it a watch. Now I know why I never heard of it before.
