I Loved this Movie

Normally I am very picky about the movies I enjoy. I liked Young Einstein, so I looked up in the database to see what other movies Serious had made and found this. I looked at the reviews and everyone seemed to hate it.

But, I thought it was brilliant. I laughed continuously for the whole 90 minutes. Everything was way over the top, of course, but it was designed that way. And the deadpan way that Serious reacted to everything was just perfect.

Why didn't other people like this?

I agree. I was going through the channels and i caugh this movie at the part where buddy is falling down the stairs, and when i saw Sunday i just had to watch more. i think im going to buy the dvd.

I enjoyed this movie also, Very funny and creative, yet very underrated film.

I seen this movie about five years ago, it's good in a weird way! I just finish watching it on IFC Channel.

I have a theory. Most people can't handle movies that are too silly.

This movie is absolutely hilarious though. Some great stuff, like when hanging out at the bar, trying to meet girls, or when he talks to his friend after Sunday "fixes his pipes", or the meeting of Sunday and her friend, or any of the over-the-top slapstick or physical comedy in this movie.

Nine out of ten people will not be able to watch this movie; they will simply short out from ridiculous overload. The tenth though, the one who liked Airplane!, BASEketball, or The Man Who Knew Too Little will find this movie to be f-ing amazing.

It also doesn't hurt that Helen Dallimore might be one of the most drop-dead gorgeous ladies ever to grace this earth, and her peculiar fashion sense in this film has to be seen to be appreciated. Dallimore, indeed....
