I give this ....film....1/4 out of ten....NO, A B I G 0 OUT OF TEN....

Actors Bostwick, Walsh, Stroud (HIM, ESPECIALLY!!!!), James, Errico...even Kennedy ...SHOULD'VE BEEN WELL ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES - WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING???

Even the "views" through the president's office windows( behind B.Bostwick's back ) were sooooooooo LAME!!!!!

Tom.F Wilson, back in 1990 ( at the end of "shooting"BTTF#3), should've taken the "DeLorean" to 1998 ..to see this, gone back to '90 & decided NOT to make this...lame excuse of a film!!!!!!
