William Ash movie for sale?

I'm looking to purchase a 1996 movie with William Ash titled "The Bare Necessities". Is there a DVD available for purchase in the UK? I live in the U.S. and have searched online endlessly with no luck. Might anyone help me find where/if the movie can be purchased or whatever? A speedy reply will be greatly appreciated.
