I just caught it on Indemand on my cable. Its not that bad. In fact it has some excellent acting despite the contrived plot. I recommend it enough. As a comment on this site says, it is better than "Kids".

The movie takes awhile to get warmed up -- it starts slow and choppy and the the performances are stilted.
It grows on you after awhile, however. There is a realism in how the events take place, unlike the aforementioned "Kids", which seemed to serve no purpose other than to shock adults.
Not perfect -- some of the characters, particularly the suburban hip-hop wannabes -- are sterotypes, but others, like the Philly brothers who actually show a modecum of responsibility and restraint -- are refreshing.

thats where i saw it too
i thought the acting was too stressed but it was a good movie
i never saw KIDS but i did alot of looking up on it
sounds like a good movie though
