here in upstate NY RTV just skipped this episode and went straight to "City Hall".after airing all 13 episodes of that series and the two-part "Quality Of Life" I was hoping they'd get around to it but no such luck.they've gone back to Season 1.which is great but I'd still like to see Episode 13 of Season 7.

shareHow does RTV work? Is their programming regional, or do regional stations just join the network and all show the same shows?
However it works, when I watched DVI last spring, the last episode here in south central Pennsylvania was skipped also.
What is up with this ep?
