Sue ? (spoilers)

I watched all of inquest via you tube. I have not watch "Davinci's City Hall
The last I recall of Sue (the young CI that was playing both sides and Curtis framed)
She OD'd in prison and then escaped from the hospital.
She really didn't need to escape because Curtis' cases had all gone to crap and
she had been cleared.
Joe the IA guy and Kosmo discuss this briefly.
Q1 - Does Sue turn up at all later in City Hall episodes?
Q2 - Do you think Sue faked her OD to be in a position to escape - possibly engineered by Kosmo? The reason I ask is Kosmo seems uncharacteristically calm about Sue when the IA guy informs her of everything. I know one of the things about this series it left things up in the air sometimes
Just wondering if I missed something somewhere or that indeed was the last we see of Sue?
