Movie may not be that good, but the creature effects KICKED @SS!!!!

The creature in this film is one of Stan Winston's most overlooked achievements, maybe along with the monsters in "Leviathan". Great work, shame the effects couldn't be in a better film though...

Put some Pouda on my face, 'cause its made of fried dough!

Kim Cattrall's A$$ wasn't so bad either.

Agree, the creature itself was great...A sort of bipedal shark if i remember well, surely kick-ass!

Yeah I was impressed by the shark, as well as the films good use of implied carnage that saves us having to see a fake looking attack.

I didn't appreciate the creature when I first saw it, 24 inch screen. But tonight on my 40 inch screen it is amazing. And I agree with your comments about less being better for the shark attacks. Today they would use CGI. That could be good or bad.

More-likely probably bad. But I did rather enjoy this.

I don't know what's a sig. line? Can't think of one! Can you tell me what one is?

Killer effects! The TV movies goes on and on. But, when you get to see the creature in full, it is impressive! To me, better than Stan Winston's own work in "Leviathan."
