Two Plotholes...Big Ones?

Maybe someone can shed some light on these holes in the story.

The first is the Djinn's face. He got his human face in the first movie by cutting it off a corpse and putting it on his devil face. When he got sent back to the stone, he lost that face..so why does he have it when he is re-released? And don't say he can be whoever he wants because he had to cut off the prison guard's skin to take that form as well.

Also, the Pit Boss at the casino said "It's the Casino's wish to be lucky" or something like that. That's one man making 800 wishes for everyone...that seems wrong. That way, one person can say "It's the world's wish for blah blah blah" and then the Djinn would have 7 billion souls just like that.

The first two wishes were "I wish I'd never been born" and "freeze" and he didn't do either of them right. There's at least 50 plot holes here. I liked the first but you could tell right away this one was going to be a nonsensical sequel that broke all the rules of the first and basically made zero sense.
