DVD for this movie

2 plus years on after this remark was made and still no sign of a DVD release for this watershed film. I remember the original airing on HBO all those years ago. There were several gay-related films on HBO during that time period, all geared toward younger people. The Truth About Alex was by far the best of them, easily competing with the very best that HBO had to offer at the time.

I hope one of the DVD release Gods hears our plea for a release of this film. I believe the Canadian Film Board may be the rights holder. Perhaps a Canadian release that would be available to US citizens would be the answer? Come on, some one help us out here please.
