I think the cheezey sound effects are what held it back. A haunting feeling would suddenly be broken by a sound effect that didn't match the mood in the least it was a shame
Its a classic to me :)

In my book this flick is a classic.
I like it alot more then 'Heathers' (ok that is a whole other thread)
'Jawbreaker' is probably my favorite Black Comedy flick.
why does everyone compare this movie to Heathers??? because their both about bitchy high school girls? i see two good movies in their twisted way.
i love this movie, it is so hilarious. its MY own classic.
Honestly I think a nudity scene is what it was missing to be a classic, or at least a cult classic.

I watch it at least once a year and it has carried my love of Judy Greer since 2000. I view it as part of a high school trilogy along with Heathers and Mean Girls, both of which I love and also view regularly.
