They should remake it but with a twist and who would you cast?

I have a feeling it'd be more well received somehow today. I mean its a cult classic but received negative reviews. Maybe too far ahead of its time? And they're remaking everything these days it won't be long til they start looking at all the 90s classics. Be nice for the original cast to return as the older characters as well. Rose McGowan as the detective. Judy Greer as Ms Sherwood. Julie Benz and Rebecca Gayheart as Julie and Liz's moms maybe. Maybe give it a twist and have Fern be the real killer to get in on their group and pin it all on Courtney just 'cause she's a bitch aha for a more bittersweet ending.

Courtney - Cara Delevingne (I think this is pretty self explanatory)
Fern - Olivia Cooke (plays the awkward girl well in Bates Motel)
Julie - Amandla Stenberg (coz its 2016 and we love diversity now)
Marcie - Chloe Grace Moretz (her bad acting would work well for Marcie)
Liz - Kylie Jenner (for her star power and coz she has no real lines)

Zack - Jaden Smith (diversity and star power)
Dane - Justin Bieber (star power and it'd be amusing him being Courtney's token man meat)

The Stranger - Marilyn Manson again coz why not?
