This show is great.... why was it canceled? It's fun to watch and kind of a reminder to people that hard crime almost always catches up to you. There is so much great footage out there from the years this show was canceled until now.
So if it got good ratings, which it did, why was it canceled after only 36 episodes? And are there any shows since that show newer clips from 2001-2009? Thanks in advance if anyone answers.
Cancelled after 36 episodes. No idea. ----- And yes there is another show like "Police Videos", it's called "Hot Pursuit" on the cable channel ----- truTV. I've only seen a few so far and from what I've seen they are using the same videos, with different narration, if I can catch a few other episodes maybe I'll see newer videos and let you know. ----- The channel is also airing "Police Videos". ----- My favorite video is the one where a police car's camera is pointed at a D.U.I check point, a driver pulls over in front of him and stumbles out, obviously drunk, and sees the check point. The driver gets back in and turns around, the police car chases him and when the driver is arrested the officer says, "Are you stupid it was just a misdemeanor, now's it's a felony!"
