Jeremy Northam as Sherlock Holmes

I think Northam would make an excellent Sherlock Holmes. There's a couple of Sherlock Holmes flicks coming out from Hollywood in the next year or two - maybe one with Madonna. I don't know how well suited any of those Hollywood actors would be to portray the great detective. But Northam would be ideal, based on his job in this film, which I enjoyed. Now for Watson. Any suggestions?
