Underrated Films of the 1980's

I feel this is definitely underrated in terms of excellence. This, along with "Night of the Creeps" and "The Golden Dead." Do you agree? Are there any more you know of?

I've never heard of 'The Golden Dead' and I don't see it listed on IMDb. Is there a different title it goes by?

please define what the golden dead is. sounds amazing but fake.

Maybe he meant The Golden Child? In terms of quality, I would never put something as awful as the Video Dead on the same level as Night of the Creeps(a genuinely fun B-movie). The only thing I ever liked about The Video Dead was the VHS cover art.
