Funny memories from when I was little and saw this movie

I saw this when I was younger (probably 8 or so) and there were some funny things I remember from it. In the scene where Yogi shoots an arrow and grabs all the food, I always thought he said "down the hatch, buttmatch" (I just read now that it was "but, natch"). I used to rewind it and play that part over and over, because I thought it was funny.

The other scene I played over and over was the scene where Cindy was stealing the pies and the ranger caught her. I argued with my sisters over whether she was saying "cake, cake, cake, cake, or take, take, take, take". To this day I'm still not sure which it was. This was a funny movie. Too bad it's so hard to find.

It's "take take take" - I just watched the DVD for the first time in years. I actually saw this movie in a cinema when I was about seven and found the whole thing about Cindy Bear being lost and abducted terrifying. But it was a great nostalgic memory watching it again.

Thanks for mentioning the dvd! I know I had looked years back and there wasn't one. I guess it came out later in 2008 after I posted that. We had it taped off tv and someone threw it away a long time ago. I'm going to rent it from the library. :)

I think I only saw this movie once on tv in the early 70's but I have vivid memories of the story due to my parents buying me the jumbo-sized storybook of it that was apparently in print years after the 1964's film release. I must have got my book in 1968 or 1969 and it's one of the very few "toys" from my childhood that I still have. I know I still have it but it's probably boxed away somewhere in the house.
